POTATO SHELL TACO PIE 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 c. instant mashed potatoes
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 c. bottled barbecue sauce
1/4 c. water
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 med. tomato, chopped

In saucepan, melt butter. Add milk and 2 tablespoons taco mix. Stir in potato flakes. Press mixture on bottom and sides of 10-inch pie plates. Cook beef and onion in skillet until brown. Drain fat. Stir in beans, barbecue sauce, water and remaining taco mix. Cook and stir until bubbly. Turn into prepared crust. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Top with cheese, lettuce and tomato.
