FARMERS PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops
1 to 3 cloves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 onions, peel and slice
1 1/2 c. sour cram
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
3 to 4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. oil

Roll chops in flour and brown in oil with the garlic. Slice potatoes into a well buttered 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Top with pork chops, lay onion slices over chops. Blend sour cream and dry mustard and spoon over all. Top with grated cheese if desired.

Bake, covered for one hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
