1 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 c. rice (NOT instant)
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. almonds, sliced
4 c. water
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box chicken noodle soup mix (Lipton)
1 c. celery, diced
Paprika and parsley to taste

Brown sausage. Cook rice and both envelopes of soup together in water. Combine sausage with soup and rice mixture. Add vegetables. Mix well. Spoon into a 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle almonds, paprika and parsley on top. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1/2 hour, uncovered for 1/2 hour (Bake for a total of 1 hour). Serves 8 to 10.
