BANANA BREAD 
2 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sour milk (or substitute 2 tsp. vinegar plus enough milk to equal 1/2 c., let stand 5 minutes before adding)
2 eggs or egg substitute
1 c. mashed bananas (2 med.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Grease 9"x5" loaf pan. Place all ingredients in food processor or large mixing bowl (except nuts). Stir to blend then beat 1 minute. Add nuts and stir in just to mix. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes until wooden pick in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan, cool completely. Recipe can be doubled.
