CAROB FUDGE 
4 c. date or malt-unsweetened carob chips
1 c. peanut butter or almond butter
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Place carob chips and peanut butter in a double boiler over low heat. Stir constantly. As soon as the chips start to melt, remove from heat and stir well to mix with peanut butter. place nuts and raisins in a flat casserole dish and add melted chips and peanut butter. Mix together well. Press mixture into casserole dish and chill.

"O" shaped cereal(found in natural foods stores).
