ZUCCHINI BREAD 
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 c. oil
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. grated zucchini or yellow squash
1 c. raisins
1 c. granola cereal or wheat or cornflakes
1 tsp. vanilla
4 oz. drained crushed pineapple

Combine eggs, sugar, oil, add to mixed dry ingredients and flavoring. Fold in zucchini, raisins, and cereal. Add vanilla. Pour into 2 greased loaf pans and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until done.
