1 c. chunky hot salsa
black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. Ragu pizza sauce
1/4 tsp. dried red pepper or ground cayenne pepper
Frank's red hot sauce

Use a fine strainer and strain the salsa, a little at a time. After it is all strained to fine liquid, mix in the pizza sauce. Grind the black pepper into the sauce to taste. Mix in a dash or two of Frank's Red Hot Sauce according to your liking. Mix in the dried red pepper or the ground cayenne pepper and stir all the ingredients well.

Good to use with nachos, enchiladas, quesadillas, or any Mexican casserole. Tried and truly loved recipe! Enjoy!
