2 1/2 c. Crisco or lard (do not use butter)
1 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 lb. chopped walnuts

Mix and roll and cut rounds with cookie cutter. Bake at 350 degrees until edge turns light color.
