1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. water
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix water, butter and cocoa. Cook in saucepan stirring until it bubbles. In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, flour and soda. Add the above mixture along with the eggs and buttermilk.

Pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan. (Spray pan with Pam.) Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minute or until done. Add 1 cup creamy peanut butter, 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil. Mix well and spread on cooled cake.

Mix 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/2 cup butter and 6 tablespoons buttermilk. Bring the mixture to a boil, pour over 1 box of confectioners' sugar. Beat until smooth. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Spread on cake. Refrigerate.
