1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream

In frying pan cook onion and ground beef until beef is browned. Add garlic powder, flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Stir in undiluted soup; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Sprinkle with parsley if desired. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or noodles. 5 servings.
