DAKOTA POTATOES 
4 slices bacon
4 c. pared sliced raw potatoes
1 med. onion, sliced
2 c. cooked tomatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery salt

Pan fry bacon until done. Remove bacon and place on absorbent paper to drain. Add potatoes and onion to bacon drippings and saute for ten minutes. Add all other ingredients and simmer until potatoes are tender and tomato juice is slightly thickened, about 20 minutes. Break bacon into small pieces and sprinkle over top when ready to serve.
