1 c. unsifted flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, pecans and cinnamon. In large bowl with mixer on medium. Beat butter and add flour mixture and vanilla until blended. Cover. Chill 1 hour. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place about 1 1/2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet; flatten with floured fork and bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Makes 3 dozen.
