1 1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's syrup
1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
4 tbsp. creme de menthe or creme de cacao
1 c. chocolate bits

Cream together 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat in 4 eggs, 1 cup flour and 1 (16 ounce) can Hershey's syrup. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Cool 1 hour.

Frosting: Cream together 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar, 1/2 cup butter and 4 tablespoons creme de menthe or creme de cacao. Spread on cooled brownies. Chill 1 hour.

Topping: Melt 6 tablespoons butter and 1 cup chocolate bits. Spread over brownies. Will appear runny but will solidify when cold. Refrigerate and cut while very cold.
