FISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. fish
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can cream of shrimp soup
20 crushed saltine crackers
1/2 stick butter, melted

Bread fish into small pieces and spread over bottom of greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, cover with slices of onion, spread soup over all. Mix cracker crumbs, melted butter and Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees, until bubbly and brown.

NOTE: White fish or blue fish work equally well in the recipe.
