1 stick butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
30 Gummy Bear candies

In a bowl, using a mixer, cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in egg and vanilla. In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Add to sugar mixture and beat on low speed until combined. Drop dough by teaspoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are browned. Remove from oven and while still warm, gently push a candy in each cookie center. Makes about 30.
