BROCCOLI HAM QUICHE 
1 lb. broccoli, chopped
6 eggs
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. shredded American cheese
1 c. diced cooked ham
2 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 unbaked pie shell
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli in 1/2 cup boiling salted water 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. In large bowl combine eggs, cream and American cheeses. Beat until smooth. Still in broccoli, ham, onion, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into unbaked pastry shell. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 425 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until done. Allow to stand 10 minutes before slicing. Best to place on a cookie sheet. Quiche sometimes boils over.
