BANANA PUDDING 
3 to 5 bananas (ripe)
Nabisco vanilla wafers
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/2 to 3 c. milk (I use 1%)
1 (12 oz.) tub Cool Whip (lite)

Slice bananas. Layer in casserole, bananas and wafers. I start with bananas and end with wafers. (3 layers of each.) Mix pudding and milk until there are no lumps. Mix Cool Whip with pudding. Pour over the bananas and wafers. Gently use a knife to get mixture all thru pudding. Cover and refrigerate overnight or several hours before serving.
