CREAM OF MUSHROOM CARBONARA
1 lb of any pasta (preferably shells)
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
5 slices bacon, finely chopped
5 sweet ham, chopped
1 packet McCormicks Carbonara ready mix
1 10.5oz can of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup water
1 quart fresh milk

Prepare pasta according to package instructions (al denté).

Sauté garlic and onions until light brown. Add bacon and ham. When the fat of the bacon starts to become translucent, add the mushroom soup.

While soup is simmered, dissolve the carbonara mix in 1 cup of water. Add mixture to boiling soup. Simmer for 3 minutes.

(You may choose to add Parmesan cheese during the boiling of the soup or on the top of your pasta sauce.)

Add milk to soup when it's already not too hot (so that milk taste is preserved).

Enjoy the pasta!
