2/3 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1. Put the sugar in a small bowl. Add lemon juice and rind. Whisk together until smooth and well blended.
2. Drizzle over lemon pound cake or any other cake.
