2 packages cream cheese blocks
Use gloves to cut open peppers into a book shape. Do not break into halves. Mix the cream cheese and garlic powder in a bowl. Use a spoon to fill the peppers with the cream cheese and when done, close the peppers. Cook bacon and wrap the bacon around the peppers and put the peppers on a cookie sheet.
Preheat the oven to 350°F to 400°F and put the peppers in the oven and let them cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
