4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. Dijon mustard
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 pkg. Herb Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Mix together mayonnaise and mustard; dip washed chicken breast into the mustard mixture then roll in the stuffing mix. Put the melted butter into the dish that you are going to bake your chicken and place coated chicken breast in this dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. You may have some mustard mixture left. Save to use at another time. Don't pour all of the stuffing mix out at one time to coat chicken. It might not stick well. Use just enough to coat a piece at a time.
