FUDGY M&M'S® BARS 
2 c. oatmeal
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. M&M'S®
1 can Eagle Brand
Sweetened condensed milk

Combine oats, flour, sugar, pecans, soda and salt. Mix well. Add melted butter and stir until mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of crumb mixture. Press remainder into 13 x 9 greased pan.

Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Add 1 cup M&M'S®. Cook, stirring constantly. Press candy with back of spoon to break up. Remove from heat. Stir in Eagle Brand Milk (into chocolate mixture). Spread over crust.

Combine crumb mixture and 1/2 cup M&M'S®. Sprinkle over top and press lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and cut into bars. Don't overbake.
