1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 minced garlic clove
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked & drained
1/2 c. shredded cheese for top

Brown ground beef, chopped onion and green pepper in 2 tablespoons shortening add cream of mushroom and tomato soup and 1 soup can of water and minced garlic clove, heat through. Blend with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and cooked spaghetti. Put in 3 quart casserole, top with 1/2 cup more cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
