PEPPER GRAVY 
1/4 c. flour
1 qt. milk
3 tbsp. pepper
Salt to taste
2 tbsp. butter

With whisk mix flour and milk in large pan, add butter, pepper and salt. Cook until thickened, lower heat, simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over biscuits or mashed potatoes.
