TUNA FISH POTATO CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 can drained tuna fish
1 lg. bag potato chips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix crushed potato chips, drained tuna fish, mushroom soup and milk in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. If mixture is too thick, add more milk until it is the consistency of chowder. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until golden brown. Yields: 4 servings.

My mother made this recipe 60 years ago. I made it when I married, and added sliced hardboiled eggs and a small can of peas and carrots, drained. I'm now a great-grandmother and have made it hundreds of times for 3 generations. I now use wavy potato chips which seem to keep their shape better.
