1 pkg. Oreo cookies
2 sticks butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered (confectioners') sugar
1 lg. pkg. chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip This cake is made in layers. Crush half of the package of Oreo cookies and press into 9x13 inch dish. Melt 2 sticks of butter and dribble over top. Refrigerate until firm, 15 minutes. LAYER 2: Mix cream cheese and 1 cup of powdered sugar. Place on cookie layer. LAYER 3: Mix chocolate pudding according to directions and spread on top of cream cheese and sugar layer. LAYER 4: Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle with remaining crushed Oreo cookies. Chill. Serves 8 to 10. |
