RICE KRISPIES BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
4 1/2 c. Rice Krispies (reserve 3/4 c.)
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 c. cooked rice
1 lb. cheese, grated (reserve 1/2 c.)
2 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage
5 eggs, beaten
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Brown onion and sausage. Drain. Spray 9x13 inch pan with Pam. Layer half of the rice, Rice Krispies, sausage mixture, and grated cheese. Repeat. Mix eggs and soup, pour over casserole. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and Rice Krispies. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
