1/4 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 c. vegetable oil 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. vinegar Dash of garlic powder 1 1/2 tsp. celery salt 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard Combine all ingredients and use as a marinade for chicken or pork. Make 1 cup, enough for about 1-2 pounds of meat. |
