APPLE CUSTARD PIE 
6 apples
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 - 1/2 c. milk
Pie crust
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Peel and slice apples. Arrange apples in pie crust overlapping. When apples fill pie crust, put pats of butter around apples. Sprinkle sugar all over apples. Make custard of eggs, milk and pour over apples. Fill to 1/2" from top of pie plate. Sprinkle cinnamon all over apples. Bake until apples are soft and custard is firm at 350 degrees.
