CHOURICO AND PEPPERS (PORTUGUESE
SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS)
 

2 chourico
4 onions
4 peppers
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste

Remove skin from chourico and cut into small pieces. Chop onion, cut green peppers into strips, add tomato sauce and paste. Mix well.

Bake at 375 degrees for 2 hours covered and 1 hour uncovered until peppers are tender. Serves 4.
