CAPELLINI POMODORI 
3 oz. olive oil
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 c. julienne basil leaves
2 tsp. chopped garlic
8 oz. cooked capellini or angel hair pasta
Salt and pepper
Romano cheese

Put all ingredients into saute' pan and cook until warm. Cook capellini for 2 or 3 minutes in boiling water. Add capellini and toss. Top with shredded cheese.
