COTTAGE CHEESE LOAF 
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
3 pkg. G. Washington seasoning (brown)
4 well-beaten eggs
4 c. cottage cheese
1 c. chopped walnuts
4 c. Special K cereal

Saute onions in butter, add seasoning, eggs, cottage cheese, nuts and cereal. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 (9x13 inch) or 2 (4 1/2 x 9 inch) loaf pans.

A combination of walnuts and pecans can be used. Eggbeaters can be substituted for eggs.
