1 can corn 1 can cream corn 1/3 c. oil 1/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix Mix ingredients together. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in a 9 x 9 pan. DIETITIAN'S NOTE: Use egg substitute for the eggs, skim milk, and lite sour cream. Baked corn will still have more calories than many other vegetables. |
