ICE CREAM MUD PIE 
1 1/2 c. crumbled chocolate wafers
6 tbsp. melted butter
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coarsely crushed creme filled chocolate cookies
2 c. whipping cream
Nuts
Chocolate syrup

In a small mixing bowl, stir together crumbled wafer and melted butter. Press mixture over bottom and sides of 9 inch pie pan. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Large bowl beat condensed milk, egg yolks and vanilla until well blended. Fold in cookies and whipped cream. Pour into 9 x 5 loaf pan. Freeze 6 hours until firm. Scoop ice cream into prepared crust, garnish with nuts and topping. Real good.
