4 avocados, peeled and mashed 3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (soften) 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 sm. onion (grated and use juice) 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce (more if desired) 1/2 tsp. salt (garlic) Seasoning salt to taste Beat cream cheese with electric mixer. Add other ingredients and beat until smooth. Place the avocado seed in center until ready to serve. This helps keep dip from turning dark. Serve with corn chips. |
