CROCK POT ROAST
 

roast beef cut of choice
one carafe of strong coffee
carrots
onions
garlic
mushroom of choice
potatoes
parsnips (or any vegetable desired)

Sear meat on stove with a little oil and butter. Remove meat when browned. Brown onions, garlic and mushrooms in meat drippings. I prefer portobello mushrooms but you can substitute with other kinds. Put all ingredients in crock-pot with coffee and simmer until tender.

This is the best pot roast and gravy you will ever have!
