SPECIAL K BARS

1 c. sugar
1 c. Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
6 c. Special K Cereal

FOR FROSTING:

3 Hershey's candy bars
1 c. peanut butter

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil but do not boil. Add peanut butter. Pour over Special K and mix well. Put in well buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt Hershey's bars and peanut butter and spread like frosting.
