CAROL'S SPECIAL GINGERBREAD COOKIES | |
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Jello Butterscotch Pudding and Pie Filling 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. brown sugar (light brown) 1 egg 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. baking soda Combine pudding mix, butter and sugar; cream thoroughly. Blend in egg. Combine remaining ingredients; thoroughly blend into creamed mixture. Chill until firm about 1 hour. Roll on floured board to about 1/8 inch thickness; cut with cookie cutter. Bake on greased baking sheets at 350 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes. Decorate cookies with frosting and candies, or leave plain. Makes 2 1/2 dozen ginger men. Can use any shape cutter. |
