1/2 cup peanut butter
1 can flaked coconut
4 cups powdered sugar (1 lb)
1 tsp. vanilla
food grade paraffin wax
1 large pkg. semi-sweet chocolate bits

1 cup nuts, chopped

Stir together butter, peanut butter, coconut and powdered sugar. Let stand for a few minutes. Shape mixture into balls. Melt a 1-inch square of paraffin wax with the chocolate bits in a saucepan. Cooks Note: Use Baker's Dipping Chocolate or substitute your own tempered chocolate in place of the paraffin, if desired. Refrigerate until serving.

I have made these since I was about 4 yrs old! That's a long time! My recipe has the graham crackers in the peanut butter balls, not rolled in it. Try it! You won't regret it!!

Yes graham cracker crumbs AND nuts in the ball not rolled in it. Try instead of melted chocolate butterscotch morsels.... Yumm so much better than chocolate. I do half and half and the butterscotch goes faster every time. Try it!
