2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 c. flour 2 tsp. soda 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. pecans Pinch of salt Cream sugar and eggs. Add flour, soda and salt. Mix well. Add pineapple and pecans. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. MEXICAN CAKE ICING: 1 (4 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla Mix well and put on cooled cake. |
