I made this recipe tonight. I have been searching for a great banana bread recipe and have tried several I have found online. My husband and kids all LOVED this banana bread and thought it was far better than all the others I have made. This one is absolutely going in my recipe box as the best banana bread recipe EVER! (I didn't have nuts in the pantry this time, but will add 1/2 cup chopped walnuts next time per my husband's request)

This is a great, basic banana bread recipe that's easy to build upon. I've made it once and added 2 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt, a teaspoon of cinnamon, a teaspoon of vanilla, 2 tablespoons of flax seed meal and a 1/2 cup of walnuts. It was delicious and very moist. I'm going to add another tablespoon of yogurt and a 1/2 cup of blueberries the next time. Kids and husband loved it and it's hard to please them all.

A great recipe! We like to toast our banana bread slices in the toaster or toaster oven. The sugar in the muffins toasts a crisp outer side to the muffins and the banana flavour comes through amazingly!! The muffins are an even better treat this way!!

This was super simple to make and delicious! I used 3 bananas but the mixture was pretty thick so I added another banana and I believe that was the key. They weren't large bananas to begin with so I'd say 4 if they are kinda' small! My 81 yr old Father couldn't get enough last night!

This is by far the best banana bread I've ever had, including in fancy restaurants. I added some flax seed, raisins, and walnuts. I also baked it in my "perfect brownie pan" with the dividers and it came out delicious!! Baked in about 40 minutes.
