1 head cabbage 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced 2 c. cooked chicken breasts 3 to 4 tsp. roasted sesame seeds, thinly sliced 1 sm. pkg. sliced almonds 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles DRESSING: 1/2 c. oil 1 tbsp. sugar 3 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Mix shredded cabbage, green onions, chicken, sesame seeds, almonds. Pour dressing over all, sprinkle with noodles. May substitute Ramen noodles with dry chow mein noodles. May double ingredients for dressing. Serves 4-6. |
