TERIYAKI BEEF STIR FRY
 

1 lb. round of beef cut in thin strips
3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
4 tsp. vegetable oil, divided
2 tsp. cornstarch
2 red bell peppers cut in thin strips
6 green onions cut in thin slices

Combine teriyaki sauce, 2 teaspoons oil and cornstarch in a large bowl. Add the beef strips and marinate in refrigerator for 45 minutes. In a wok stir fry bell peppers and onions in 2 teaspoons of oil for 3 minutes. Remove from pan. Stir fry the beef strips (1/2 at a time) for 3 minutes. Return vegetables to pan and cook until hot. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli. Serves 4.
