London Broil 2 tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice 1/2 c. oil 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 c. soy sauce 3 tbsp. sugar Sprinkle of garlic & onion salt Meat tenderizer Mix sauce except for meat tenderizer and marinate meat overnight or 6-8 hours at room temperature. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer 30 minutes before cooking. Grill for 10 minutes on each side (rare). Very important to slice cross grain. |
