FETA STUFFED CHICKEN 
chicken breasts
feta cheese
oregano and basil spices
salt and pepper
chicken soup base
tooth-picks or cooking thread
deep baking pan

Cut slit in middle of each chicken breast. Stuff oregano, basil, feta, Salt and pepper the inside of each chicken breast, to taste (make sure you can close the chicken breast). Place at bottom of baking pan and pour over chicken soup base (not more than 1/2 inch of bottom of pan).

Bake at 350°F for about 30-45 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly.

Serve over a bed of rice or with your favorite side dish.
