Easy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bar Cookies

 John (Virginia) says:
Great, easy bar cookie recipe. Unique combo of oats, peanut butter, & chocolate chips. Substituting some of the butter in a standard recipe for peanut butter is a nice touch. Baked 20 minutes, and maybe could have gone 2-3 minutes longer.
