THREE LAYER HAWAIIAN JELLO SQUARES 
CRUST:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 cubes butter, melted
1 c. flour
1/4 c. nuts, chopped (walnuts or pecans)

Spray 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish with Pam. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan. Bake 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Mix and cool: 2 c. hot water

Mix 2 (3 oz.) softened cream cheese. Will be a little lumpy. Add 1 small whipping cream. Combine lemon Jello and cream cheese mixture. Beat until smooth. Pour onto cooled crust and refrigerate until firm.

Mix and cool: 2 c. hot water

Pour over second layer. Let firm. Cut into squares.

May be served in paper or silver cupcake cups. Serves many.
