2 cups self-rising flour 1 cup sugar half bag of chocolate chips half bag of white chocolate chips 3 teaspoons melted butter 1 cup milk 1 egg Preheat oven to 350°F (180C) degrees. Sift flour. Add sugar and chocolate chips (including white). Beat egg. Combine egg, milk and butter. Stir until all mixed but if stirred too much it will not rise! Pour into muffin tray. Bke for 15-20 mins. I made my own self-rising flour as I had none, with whole wheat flour. I also added a tsp of vanilla and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. They were wonderful and so easy!
