2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1-2 cloves garlic, minced or chopped 1/4 cup water 1 tablespoon brown sugar juice from half a lemon (can be less, depending on your tastes)
In a non-stick pan, combine all ingredients, stirring constatntly over medium heat until peanut butter has melted. You can do this in the microwave too, for about 30-40 seconds.
Tastes great over noodles and vegetables, or as a sauce over chicken or beef.
This is a great recipe. I didn't add sugar but works great for my veg. pad thai / peanut-y sauce. :) Thanks!

Wow, great and really simple! I can't find the brown sugar (not good at the holidays!) so I substituted some maple syrup and a little bit of raw sugar. Really really good over stir fry and noodles!
