DEER CHILI
 

1 lb. deer burger
1 med. onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 pkg. chili seasoning
2 qt. tomatoes
1 bell pepper, diced
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. ground red pepper
2 (16 oz.) cans chili beans
shredded Cheddar cheese
Fritos

Brown meat, onions and garlic in a large Dutch oven. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chili seasoning, tomatoes, green pepper, beans and seasonings. Let simmer about 1 hour.

Serve over Fritos and top with cheese.

Serves 3 or 4.
